Why is it "soccer moms" still do 100 sit-ups a day and think the abs of their dreams are right around the corner?  If you want slim, sculptured, bikini abs, STOP!  Countless sit ups will thicken your abdominal muscles and open the door to lower back injury.  According to Dr. Stuart McGill, “There are only so many bends or a ‘fatigue life’,” in your spinal disks.”  Don't use them up with crunches!
