Knots in the Muscle

Lots of training produces knots in the muscle tissue.  Stretching is like tying a knot in a string and pulling on both ends.  I think you get the picture.  So what's the answer?  It may be as simple as a small cylinder shaped piece of foam called a foam roller.  That direct pressure will relieve muscle tension and you'll be hooked for life.
