Kettle Bells

Back in the 1800s Kettle bells were used by Russian farmers as counterweights.  After lifting and swinging them all day significant strength increases occurred and the rest, as they say, is history.  With a thick handle and a center of mass that is displaced from the grip, that bad boys added instability recruits more muscle.  Give it a try you'll like the results!
