Glute Maximus

In her book, Diagnosis and Treatment of Movement Impairment Syndromes, Dr Shirley Sahrmann states that even in strength trained individuals the glute maximus, posterior glute medius, lower trapezius, and external obliques are "frequently found to be weak."  Activate those muscles during your warm up or be the race car with the big engine and all the wheels out of alignment.
